I am a MMA commissioner/Judge for Combat Consulting, LLC and Illinois State Licensed Professional Judge. Combat Consulting LLC is a sanctioning body for Amateur MMA Events. We also provide Training and Event Consultation. Our goal is to promote integrity in and continue the growth of MMA throughout the country by providing highly qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced officials to fight promotions. I'm also a Board Certified Natural Health and Massage practitioner. I have been engaged in general practice since 1999. I'm the Director of the RHEMA Martial Arts Academy located - 5137 W. Division in Chicago, IL 60651 and one of the assistant coaches for Team PANDA GRAPPLING. Rhema Academy is a not-for-profit organization. Its main purpose and goal is to help at-risk young people and teens. We provide training, coaching and mentoring by using the martial arts as a tool for there success in life. Fitness, health and fine arts are the focus of our training. We have adult programs like - Kemetic yoga, Fitness kickboxing and MMA training for fighters as well. I started my martial art training at the age of thirteen while living in the housing projects (Henry Horner Homes) on Chicago's Westside. I decided to take Shorei Goju Karate classes at the Henry Horner Boys Club under Sensei Lorraine Norsworthy, black belt under Masters Preston and Otis Baker. I left high school and went to attend the Joliet Job Corp Center where I joined the boxing club and learned many helpful life and professional development skills. I later earned a black belt in WTF Tae Kwon Do from T-USA Martial Arts School under Master Min Goo Seo in Westmont, IL and later 4th Dan black belt with Master Kim Wyung of Integrated Taekwondo and am registered with Kukkiwon from Seoul, Korea. I am also a certified I.F.K.A. (International Fitness Kickboxing Association) Instructor and PFS(Progressive Fighting Systems)Instructor under Paul Vunak of Hermosa,CA,Certified Law Enforcement and Security Defensive Tactical Trainer and Coach. I had the opportunity and pleasure of attending seminars and workshops, and train with some of the most experienced and renowned martial artists in the country.
